Totalling two columns of Hours and Minutes on Lotus1-2-3

I have created a spredsheet in Lotus to log all activities connected with my job. I have managed to import a formula from a similar spreadsheet from work which allows me to total individual rows of times.The hours and minutes are shown as two columns. Now I need to total the columns, using some form of Sub-total formula.

Any help would be gratefully received.
