Had Windows 98 "Microsoft WORKS" for spreadsheets. Saved
to CD. New computer has Windows XP (which uses "Quattro"
for spreadsheets).
Cannot figure out how to load old spreadsheets into new
computer with Windows XP.
When I loaded the CD, the WORKS spreadsheets were saved
under "my documents", but Windows XP can't read to open
them.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Kevin, an operating system (OS) such as XP or 98 doesn't "use" Quattro or
Works. It simply enables you to use various applications, which is what
Quattro and Works are. To use Works spreadsheets, you need to have Works
installed, regardless of whether you are using 98 or XP. You need to
install Works on your XP system to be able to use the spreadsheets.
