sporder.dll

I have noticed that when I ran the AntiSpyware, it
reported the file sporder.dll as a webHancer spyware. But
this file seems to be actually part of the WinSock 2
package, that came with Exceed 6.

Has anybody else had the same issue?

From all the reports this seems to be a known issue. Those that end up
deleting this file via anti spy are corrupting their winsock and then most
times unable to network to the internet via their ISP.

I see ~30 posts about 'spoder' in these MSAS newgroups, A. Have you read
them?

Can you try the following?

* For XP – netsh winsock reset, followed by reinstallation of whatever
third party product installed SPORDER.DLL

* For Windows 2000 -

reinstallation of whatever third party product installed SPORDER.DLL
