Hi SOrry my english

I ran m.s.a.spyware.
and detects SearchMiracle.EliteBar and Search.Squire
I remove but in the next reeboot they are again.
Spoolsve.exe is sudpect and is runnig process.
I deleted on c:\windows\system32
Anyone can help me?
I ran Adware, Spybot, and anyone gets this piece of xit!
