I am constantly receiving a spooler subsystem app error
on my laptop. I have tried reinstalling XP using the IBM
recovery cd's which supposedly wipe the harddrive through
a format but still receive the error after I have
finished with the reinstall. I am curious as to how I
can go about restarting the computer in an MS DOS state
so that I can go about running an FDISK format to delete
the partition and completely reinstall the OS. Any help
with this would be very much appreciated.
