spool32.exe -entry point not found

The procedure entry point RegisterServiceProcess could not
be located in the Dynamic Link Library KERNEL32.dll

I get this message everytime I boot up? What should I do?

SPOOL32.EXE is not !!!!! part of Windows NT4, 2000, XP or Srv03 !!! its part
of Windows 95/98/ME.
and the procedure RegisterServiceProcess is inside the KERNEL32.DLL of
Windows 95/98/ME.

did you install a printer driver designed for the Win9X OS ?
