Spontaneous rebooting...HELP!

Josh

From time to time I return from my computer to find that
it has restarted by itself. The last error I get when I
open event viewer is:

"The device Root\LEGACY_NAVEX15\0000 disappeared from the
system without first being prepared for removal.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp."

But I don't recognize any such device.

Every time, shortly after that error (in the most recent
case about an hour and a half later) I get a save dump
message in event viewer:

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x10000050 (0xe2f2ab05, 0x00000001, 0xf1d53515,
0x00000001). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini062304-02.dmp.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp."

Can anyone help me figure out what is making this think
crash?

The error likely has nothing to do with the rebooting problem. Chances
are its heat or PS related.
