I have that...its legit, but it needs to contact acdsee in touch service
once per month to renew its function...if not it goes into trial mode.

Yes there was such a monster.. the banner displayed is from acdsee, not
irelevent stuff.

After installation it asks if you want the sponsored mode, or the trial
mode.
