Splitting Database and Data

I have several databases with multiple users. I have not split them and so
far have not had any major problems. My question with splitting the database
is how do you keep each person's forms, reports, etc updated? If I have a
design database what is the best way to get the changes to each PC?

Make a replica of the database using DB utilities. Give the replicated file
to your peoples and u keep the original or master. Whenever u make changes to
the master using synchronize from the database utilities, the changes will be
propogated to the replicas automatically the next time that they are
activated.
