splitting a cell

I have a large file with property sale records, and
improvements. One of the cells has an address in it.

1234 Maple Ln.

I would like to split this one cell into three: one with
street number, one with street name, and one with the
street suffix.

any help would be appreciated!

Adam,

If all data are separated by a space, you can do the
following:
1. Select the data range.
2. Got to menu: Data>Text to column
3. In the first screen select Delimited, click Next
4. Check the space Option under Delimiters and uncheck all
other options. Click Finish
