split window, windows explorer

Is there a way to have windows explorer (XP Professional)
to open with a split windows? Basically what I want is
similar to the old PCTools view: Toolbars at the top,
dual window showing folders on left and files on below
toolbars, horizontal line, and dual window showing folders
on left and files on below toolbars. The dual windows
could show different folders on my computer or folders on
the network.

I had the same requirement as yourself and found this app did just the
trick. Hope this is of some help.
