Split window in Outlook 2003?

Hello!

I wonder if anyone knows if it's possible to split the window in Outlook
2003 so that you can se both your e-mail (Inbox with preview) and your
calender at the same time.

I have only been able to switch between e-mail and calender or open the
calender in a seperate window.

Not exactly, but you can open another Outlook window and arrange them on
your screen so both are visible. Right click on any item in the folder
view and select "Open in new window".
