Split Frames

Thank you for your prior assistance...one more question :( I split my frame into two, the main one is my target frame, the other is where I placed my link menu ie:
automotive
rentals
vehicles
etc.

When a person clicks on automotive it does (thanks to you) direct it to my main target, however, when I up load the page the frame which contains my link menu is invisible. It shows up while I am working on it on Front Page 2003 but not on the internet. Any ideas?
