There are 2 ways, there are applications that patch the
windows kernel but this can make your system unable to
boot
or you can go to http://www.stardock.com/
theres a file called BootSkin on there, this allows you
to add,create or download hundreds of bootskins, this
does not patch the kernel so it is safe.
