Spell checking

I need to get the data within the spell-checking dialog and save it to variables for use elsewhere.
Can someone point me to the correct object?
I need the misspelled item's text, the Change to: item's text, and the type of error (i.e. misspelling, capitalization, duplicate word, etc.)
