Spell checker only works on some sections

Hi

The spell checker on my 2000 version only seems to work on some section of
the presentations, it just does not seem to look at some of the contents, has
anyone seen soemthing similar?

It's normal, to some degree, depending on what you're seeing exactly.

The spelling check only works on text that you've created in PPT itself. It
doesn't work on charts/graphics/otherstuff you've copy/pasted or inserted into
PPT.
