spell check

Can someone help me. I try and use spell check, and am told it does not
support english. Have made sure all my blocks are with a +.
 
In the main screen of Windows Mail, (not the compose screen), go to
Tools, Options, Spelling.
First select another language, click Apply. Then reselect English and click OK.
 
Have you went to your email options page, and clicked on spell check. Just
follow the prompts that it says.
