Spell Check

I have a database on the server that 3 individuals have
access to. One individual does not have the ability to
use Spell check. It gives her an error message that it
was not installed. I can use spell check within the same
database. This database is not split. Any ideas?

Access will only use the spellchecker that is part of the same version
Office suite installed on the PC (it is not part of Access itself). So if
one user doesn't have the same version of Office or for some reason didn't
install the Spellchecker when they installed Office then it will not be
there for Access to use.
