Spell Check When Sending Emails

Please can you let me know how I can get spell check working on emails.

Tools menu of the MAIN PAGE of Windows Mail>options>spelling tab>select
'always check spelling before sending'>apply.

Also:

In the language section below, change the spelling language to another
one, French>apply/ok.

Then change it back to English again>apply/ok
