spell check in english in windows mail

I cant spell check, when I press the button, it says its no longer available

I have English Ultimate, along with one more language from MUI,
the same applies to OFFICE2007

I remember that in XP once you added one more language spell check in
office2003,
it was available to outlook express...

what has happened and how can I spell check in both languages (english + non
english)

Start Windows Mail
Click the Tools menu and choose Options...
Click the Spelling tab
From the Language drop-down, select English (default choice)
Click OK

Note: In step 2, make sure that you select the Tools menu from the main window, not the New Mail message window.

Error "This language is no longer available for spell checking" when using the Spell Checker in Windows Mail:
