I have a LOT of contacts saved in the public folder of my outlook. I
have my databases linked to the public folder of outlook.
I have a form that creates letter of transmittal to send out faxes.
The process takes forever when it comes to searching for a company
name. I think access its going through all the contacts to match what
I entered. The process can take up to 30 seconds. I shouldn't have to
wait that long to create a fax. Is there any way to speed up this
process. I cannot move away from using the outlook contacts as it is
maintained by all the other users.
