I have a problem when searching through my emails in Microsoft outlook 2007.
It is always the case that the I don't find what I'm looking for although I
correctly type in the word or email I'm looking for. I get the message
saying: "Outlook is currently indexing your items. Search results may be
incomplete because items are still being indexed"

My question is: How to speed up in Indexing in Outlook and how can I make
sure that its complete? especially that out look states that I have thousand
of items still needing indexing!

Leaving Outlook open and your system idle overnight should do the trick.
Is the amount of items that need to be indexed still actually decreasing?

i have the same problem and the number is neither increasing or decreasing.
i have tried leaving it over night idle once and the amount of indexing is
the same.

also is there a way to manually start the indexing in outlook?
