Howdy,
I have Office XP. Every time I open Word, Excel,
Powerpoint, etc., I get a message window saying "Welcome
to Office Speech Recognition". I click on Cancel and then
I get another message window saying "Before you can use
Speech Recognition, your microphone... blah, blah, blah."
How can I get rid of these messages? I've gone into
Control Panel, clicked on Speech, looked around, and I
can't see anywhere to "turn it off". I've also
unchecked "Speech" in the Tools menu of Word.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
PlainDave
