Speech recognition: how to install

Hello all

I'm trying to install my first microphone but can't find the speech recon
software. Afaik, it's supposedly in the Office CDs, but I tryed to install
from there (using Office's speech recon option) but it doesn't work, system
doesn't find the correct files...

Any other way I can install this?

HI Joao,
Plug the Mic in and reboot,windows should Pick up the New Hardware and the
Wizard will Start and pormot you that thier a new Hardware found and will
look for the Appropriate Driver for it and install it for you, try it see
what you will get on,and send your feedback to here please.

a microphone is not a new hardware unless it is an USB microphone!

The mic is a standard "plug-into-soundboard" device, no drivers, nothing...
I allready tryed the reboot trick...

Hi Joao,

Well try another Mic ( a new one ),and see if you have Plug and Play enabled
on your System.
