Specifying a application pool in a MSI

Hi!

I would like to know if there a way, when building or executing a MSI, to
specify a application pool for the deployment?

Does he mean in IIS 6.0 where you can run your virtual directories in
pools?

Yes exactly that!
I do not want the virtual directory to be deploy in the default application
pool.
 
I believe with the latest wise you can do all sorts of IIS 5/6 stuff, but I
don't think you can with the installer that comes with visual studio.
