Specify where new mails are delivered for different accounts

How do I specify where new messages are delivered for differents emails
accounts? Ex. personal address to inbox in perosnal folder and work address
to inbox in mailbox.
 
In what version of Outlook? And what type of accounts?

Make the Exchange mailbox the default delivery location and use a rule to move the POP3 items.
