specified module problems

every few mins i get an error popup on my pc it reads......error loading
C:\PROGRAM~1\INTERN~4\inetkw.dll the specified module canot be found.

this started happening after i used spware doctor for the first time, can
someone help me get rid of the errors....

Create a new folder on the desktop.Download hijackthis and save it in
newfolder from the following link.
http://www.net-integration.net/tools/hijackthis.html.
After downloading hijackthis in the new folder.Install and run as described
in the above cited link.
Note: For more information:

The file that looks for inetkw.dll is inetmgr.dll which is located in the
c:\windows\system32 folder. Find that file delete it

i did what you said but it still pops 'up , so i ran the hijack thing again
and it was still there so i checked it and clicked fix checked, nothings
changed.....anything else i can try

thanks for your help anyway

tried cwshredder several times no change, in my system 32 folder i can find
other inet dll's can they help in any way........

Click on start--run--typin msconfig--on the general page put a check mark on
selective startup and unchek load stratup group items.
