"Specified Module could not be found"??

Can't even play a music CD in my D drive or an MP3 on my
hard drive without this message coming up. When I use
Musicmatch there is no problem but would prefer MP9 for
all etc.

It was never a problem with 2000 but with XP its all a
bit wonky.

Any ideas?
