Speaker Noise

I have noise coming out of my speakers, even with the speakers muted. I have
replaced the speakers and the computer. the noise is a "put-put" like sound,
kind of like a motorcycle. Could it be electirical interference from another
device on the cirucuit?

I have 3 other computers in the same room that don't have the same problem.
