SPANISH LIP for Windows Vista (OR MUI INCLUDING spanish)

Hallo everyone!

My question is very simple:

¿Does Spanish LIP for Windows Vista exist?

I've got a tablet pc with Vista installed in portuguese. I've tryed to
find a solution among a lot of forums and computer science webs and I've
found that some experts says that at microsoft official website the LIPS are
available, but when i visit it, no option appears except from Windows Xp LIPS.

A Multilingual User Interface pack is available in Spanish. MUI's can only
be installed on Vista Ultimate.

For other Vista versions, Language Inteface Packs can be downloaded, but
only installed over a supported parent language. For instance, the Catalan
LIP can be installed over a Spanish Vista copy only. Afaik, the Spanish LIP
can not be installed over a Portugese copy.
