Spanish language characters

I am having a problem inserting Spanish language characters, such as the accent marks and upside down question marks on MS Word (Office XP) edition. The commands we have been given do not work. Does anyone know the commands to do this?

use will depend at least in part on whether or not you're using an
international keyboard layout and also on whethr or not someone has
redefined the shortcuts.

Have you try inserting symbols that will help....try that.
