Spanish and auto spell check

How can I setup an Outlook 2003 user with a Spanish dictionary, and underline
words that are spelled incorrectly "automatically?" It should also put the
accents where they are required.
 
Using Word to edit the emails and making sure that the keyboard and word is
set to ES as default?
