[SPAM]

All of the sudden the word [SPAM] is inserting itself into
the subject line of my e-mails outside of our
organization. This just started today and I'm not sure
why but I would like to stop it. Please advice.

That's not something Outlook does. Check with your IT people to see what
they might have done.

It is quite likely that the mail has been handled through SpamPal or a
similar product.
The added text in the subject field is a warning that the message includes
certain
features characteristic to SPAM.

It can be special words found in the text, or it can be that the message is
coming
from an IP address flagged as known to having been involved in distributing
SPAM.
