I don't think Microsoft has any offerings (except maybe with the latest
version of their Outlook program, but that's not worth the money, in my
opinion).
My recommendation would be to use a recent version of Mozilla's mail client:

Mozilla is a web browser and mail and news reader suite that includes a
Bayesian adaptive spam filter: Basically, you tell Mozilla which
messages you consider spam as they come in and, as time progresses,
Mozilla gets better and better at filtering your mail for you. It works
pretty well for me, at any rate.
I'd recommend downloading Mozilla 1.5 (as opposed to any of the beta
Mozilla products, such as Mozilla 1.6b or Thunderbird). Mozilla's web
browser component also does pop-up blocking, as an added bonus, if you
choose to use it.
