Spam blocker utility program file

I get an error when outlook is loading. Error is " The add-in: Program Files
- Spam blocker Utility Bin/14.8.4.0 could not be installed or loaded. I then
have to Esc to complete load process. This is a nuisance. How do I correct
the problem?

Try deleting your extend.dat file and then starting Outloook.
