Thanks for the help guys I figured it out. I had an alpha version of a
particular program. I reverted back to the standard version. Instead of
uninstalling the Alpha Version, I installed the standard version over top of
it. After fooling around I noticed that the spacebar would stop working only
when the particular program was running.
Result: I had to uninstall the standard version, reinstall the alpha
version, then uninstall the alpha version and I removed all of the
Application Data as well. then reinstalled the standard version.
I had to do it that way because when i uninstalled the standard version it
didn't fully install.
