Space Out the Links Bar?

I inserted a links bar along the left side of my page. Is there any way
to insert an inch of space between the links? They look all clumped
together to the left of my webpage. Thank you for guidance.

You can do this with a style sheet by changing the line-height or
padding-top/padding-bottom (for vertical menu). If you have a horizontal
menu, you would use the style sheet to change the padding-left and/or
padding-right.

I just realized that I could just add hyperlinks one at a time and space
them out however I wanted. I originally thought that using a links bar
would be quicker. All fixed now. Thanks anyway : )

Hi Teri, thank you for the assist. I haven't gotten to style sheets
yet. They sound interesting. Hopefully they'll be just like the other
things I've recently learned in FP - mindboggling at first and then the
light goes on. I'm just playing with a simple website to show off my
