I download SP4 and it is crashing my system does anyone
know how to remove it

Did your computer show the login box after the install of SP4?
 
No it did not just blue screen, it does start windows in
the safe mode.
 
hm, I don't know if it will work then, try to start it in "Last Known
Good Configuration"
