SP4 update w/o Internet connectivity

Well, I just steped into Pandora's box. I need to install
Service pack 4 (or higher than 2) before my modem will
work. But I keep getting this "cannot reach server" error
which then tells me to go to Microsoft's homepage and look
for a service pack version that doesn't require internet
connectivity...but I can't find one...Someone please help!

you need to download the Network Installation.
