SP4 - The oridinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link Library

MS,

I loaded SP4 to a Windows 2000 server AD. I was doing
this through TS. When I returned to check on the
progress, I had the following message:

The oridinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link
library userenv.dll .

Can you please provide some help on this?

The general opinion seems to be that this can happen when using TS to
install SP4 and that copying over userenv.dll and userinit.exe from a
healthy server fixes it.
