SP4 problem

I have installed SP4 but when i go to IE and look at
the "about IE" it says I only have SP1. how can I update
it so it says i have SP4? The reason I ask because it
will not let me install my 9200 Radeon 128 video card.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

winver
to see the current service pack level.

Definently says SP4 but why does it say only SP1 under the
IE SP#?

The service pack for the operating system and IE are independent of each
other.

ok then how do I set my monitor to standard VGA? I can not
figure it out.

Try installing while booted in safe mode and or post the details of the
problem.
