SP4 problem

I am trying to install SP4 on a win2kPro machine and when it gets to teh
"Scanning system", it does not progress any further at all. What can I do
to get this to install?

SOmething may be running that is causing issues. Try
shutting down any programs running in the sys tray. Also,
some people install in safe mode.

You also might want to look at the event viewer to see
what it says. Be sure you are logged on with an
admnistrator account. If the computer is like a P200 or
P350 etc, SP4 takes a long time.
