SP4, net connection lost

I inadvertently loaded SP4 while McAfee Virusscan Online
ws enabled. Now I cannot make a connection to my router.
Did no archive files @ installation. What is causing the
issue and how do I resolve?
 
You don't have to get mail to get infected by worms.
Open Taskmanager and see if you can find some weird processes.
