SP4 Internet loss (4 hour ordeal)

I have installed sp4 on more than three dozen computers
without a problem - until now. On a P233 having Zone
Alarm (I see many references to ZA), I resorted to
reinstalling Windows 2k to restore my Internet
connection. Immediately following sp4 update - again, no
more internet.

Rather than uninstall sp4, I elected to uninstall TCPIP,
reboot, then reinstall TCPIP. It worked!

One side note: While I could not browse after applying
the sp4 update, I was always able to retrieve and send e-
mail.

One more note: I have since replaced ZA with NAV.

I have had the similar route, after uninstalled and reinstalled TCPIP and it
works. However, my Cisco VPN client no longer connects to my office! Also I
still got problem trying to install DLink Wireless LAN card with SP4.
