SP4 Installation Failure

I bought the SP4 CD from Microsoft to try to fix this
problem: During the "Inspecting" process I get an SP4 Set-
up error: "The system cannot find the file specified" and
then the installation stops.
 
Post your svcpack.log if you can, it may give a reason as to what is
failing. A lot of these turn out to be permissions issues on the drive.
 
This is what my svcpack.log says:
PrepareToTrustInfFile: MySetupCopyOEMInf failed: 0x2
***

DoInstallation: PrepareToTrustInfFile Failed: 0x2
***

The system cannot find the file specified.
