SP4 install on WIN2k

I tried to install SP4 on WINS2k server got almost to the
end of the install stops and ask if I want to roll it
back..says it can't continue no error messages then or in
the log, no clue why. Anybody got any wild guesses. No
issues with hotfixes. I am running SQL2k on the box.
Virus protection was stopped before install. Clueless?????

I also experienced this. Now, Win2Kpro will not load.
Machine boots, windows starts to load, just as login
screen would appear, my machine reboots.

I'm stuck! Any ideas for a fix?
