sp4 install fails

Sp4 install fails. Below is the log.
Also, I installed the patch q313664 and that didn't work either same error
as
before.

Failed Deleting C:\WINNT\system32\msiinst.tmp 2

I did have some luck with a couple of machines renaming the msisip.dll to
msisip.old before installing and sp4 worked. But for other machines this
failed also. Any other ideas? Thanks

Post the last entries of your msmqprop.log (that's what it looks like
service pack 4 is failing on).
