SP4 failed install

The install fails with an access is denied error. The
account that I am installing under does have admin rights.
In looking closer I found the errors listed below. Any
ideas?

Hi Paul

I have a similar problem. Where did you find these error
messages. Is there a log file to look at?

Andy,
Filename is svcpack.log
should be in system root at C:\winnt usually but could be
another folder.
