SP4 cannot install as UNIDRV.HLP is in use

I am not able to install SP3 or SP4. There is a message
that says that UNIDRV.HLP is in use by some application.
Can someone give any help on this please.
 
UNIDRV is updated as part of SP3. Have you tried just stopping the spooler
service until SP3 is installed? Or pausing your current printing software?
