SP3 update

Hello, I have been noticing from the point I installed the SP3 update when in
Hotmail upon opening a message a window appears for about three seconds
saying it is installing something. I can't make out what is being installed
as it goes by very fast and all you can read is "installing.......". Has
anyone have this happening to them?

I too have noticed several tiny weird things like this... watching it
closely.....
